Ordering Process

 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. First you need to add the cabinets/items that you want to your quote. You can do this at any time without having to create an account.
    Note: Your quote is saved in 'Virtual Memory' only and after 15 minutes of inactivity, you will see a message pop up on your screen notifying you that your 'Live Session' is about to expire within the next 5 minutes. To continue your session, simply click the 'Refresh Session' button. If you fail to press this in the required time, then the session will expire and you will lose your current work (if it has not already been saved back to the database).

     
  2. If you want to save your quote to the database, you will need to create a log-in account, see here:  - then you can save your quote.
     
  3. Once the quote has been saved, you will need to submit this quote to us for validation, and we will then check/validate this for you. You will then receive an email from us advising you of any issues that we see/may have or if it's OK. In this email, you will be given the deposit amount and bank details so that you can make this deposit to get your job underway. See here for more information: 
     
  4. Once the deposit has been made, the accounts department will email you confirmation, and then the job will go into the Job Detailing Stage and onto the Factory for production.
