RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom-made nature of the products you order through OzFlatPack's online ordering system, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds. When you pay a deposit, you are entering a binding contract with OzFlatPacks.
Note: As we are purchasing and custom cutting materials unique to your job, the (25%) deposit amount to get the job underway is non-refundable, and the final balance (75%) is due when the job is complete in the factory (prior to pick-up or delivery).
Furthermore, once the job is prepped and goes into production, the materials ordered and the works to date will almost in all cases exceed the 25% deposit already received. As such, we ask that you please make your selections very carefully before confirming your order with a deposit.
