Payment Methods

Our preferred payment methods:

• Direct Deposit (bank details provided on your validated quote email)
• Credit Card (Master Card, Visa)

Payment in full is required prior to dispatch/release of the goods. Factories/depots are not able to accept payments, as all payments need to come via the Central Administration office, click here for details.

Note: If paying by bank transfer, please reference your 'quote ID number' and 'your name' for easy reference.

Note: If paying by credit card, you will need to contact us and provide us with your credit card details. Payment via Credit Card attracts a 1.5% bank merchants fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom-made nature of the products you order through OzFlatPack's online ordering system, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds. When you pay a deposit, you enter a binding contract with OzFlatPacks.

Note: As we are purchasing and custom cutting materials unique to your job, the (25%) deposit amount to get the job underway, is non-refundable and the final balance (75%) is due when the job is complete in the factory (prior to pick-up or delivery).
